During the initial stages of service, due to limitations such as restricted server character creation or server locks, many players had to play on a different server from their friends or guildmates.
Since then we have received requests through various channels from players asking for their items to be moved to another server. In consideration of the issue, we will be providing some of the Founder’s Pack items (that players would already have gotten from the specific Founder’s Pack that they already had) to those who purchased Founder’s Packs between 5/28 at 10 AM PDT and 6/8 at 12 AM PDT. Those who have refunded their Founder’s Pack will not be eligible.
(Premium Membership buffs and Lumena will not be provided.)
Founder’s Pack item addition services will begin on June 11 (PDT) and be completed in the order that purchases were made. After this, there will be NO MORE opportunities to ask for the restoration or server transfer of Founder’s Packs or Founder’s Pack items. Therefore, please carefully select the character and server that you want to receive your items on.
* To be eligible, players must have purchased a Founder’s Pack between the following dates and time: 5/28 10:00 - 6/8 00:00 (PDT)

- Based on your purchase record, some items of the same Founder’s Pack will be additionally provided. (Premium Membership buffs and Lumena will not be provided.)
- Premium Buffs are not provided as they are commonly applied on a per-region basis.
- Although Lumena will not be provided this time, we will be looking into ways to allow our players to transfer Lumena to another server. Before implementation, we will inform all our users in advance once we settle on the specifics.
- If you purchased various Founder’s Packs on one account, you will receive one of each appropriate item once.
* Date Items will be provided to you AUTOMATICALLY
- Items will be sent to players’ account inboxes from 6/11 to 6/15 (PDT) in consecutive order of purchases made.
