First of all, thank you being a part of Bless Online's Early Access. We are working hard to provide each and every one of you the best possible service. That being said, there are still some pesky issues that we are working to address, but are still fairly common.
Game Freezes or hangs at Bless Online Splash Screen
This issue is impacting a large number of users and we are working on a solution. Until we have a fix in place, the best solution is to simply close and relaunch your client.
Missing Action Combat
As a part of the combat changes we had made some sweeping changes to the way abilities worked, and how classes felt. But we did not feel that action combat was in the place we wanted it to be for most classes. As a result, we decided to disable action combat for all classes except for berserker.
We will be bringing back the option to enable action combat for all classes with a future update.
Transferring Founders Pack Items
Missing Founders Pack Items and Premium Buff
- Hit Escape to open the system menu
- Click "Account Inbox"
- Select the item you would like to redeem
- Click the Open button
Note - There is a known issue when redeeming the Founders Pack items after the Premium Membership that causes the Premium Membership buff to be removed. This issue can be resolved by restarting the game client.
The localization for Bless Online is not quite finished. We are working on better translations (We are looking at you skill descriptions). Unfortunately, what was ready for Early Access for some portions of the game was temporary placeholder translations. We will be updating and improving the translations with every update.
