Service Termination FAQ
Q: What does it mean that Bless Online Service is going to shut down?
A: In short, the game service will no longer continue and you will not be able to download nor play the game.
Q: When is the service being shut down?
A: September 9th, 2019 @ 00:00 PDT.
Q: What will happen before September 9th, 2019?
A: Players will still be able to download and play the game until the official shutdown date. Changes have been made such as lifting the entry limits of Dungeons, drastically reducing prices of items that can be purchased with Lumena and other things until the remaining days of the service. Note, you will not be able to purchase any digital products related to Bless Online. More information on changes we are making to Bless Online prior to the official shutdown date can be found in the patch notes (Coming Monday June 10th).
Q: I just recently purchased a digital product from the Steam store for Bless Online. Can I request for a refund?
A: You may request for a refund by contacting Valve(Steam) and meeting their refund guidelines. Click here to learn more about How To Request A Refund.
Q: What can I do about my remaining Lumena?
A: We have heavily discounted all Lumena related items so that our players can purchase items and use the remaining Lumena they have in possession before the service shutdown.
Q: My Premium Membership has expired. Can I renew my Premium Membership?
A: While it is not possible to add time to your Premium Membership, we are providing additional benefits to all players in order to make up for players who would have renewed their membership until September 9th 2019. The benefits are as follows:
- Increase Gathering/Mining EXP by 100%
- ReduceGathering/Mining duration by 50%
- ReduceCrafting duration by 50%
- Increase Guild EXP by 100%
- Increase EXP gained from hunting by 100%
- Increase Dungeon Points gained from Killing a Dungeon Boss by 100%
- Increase Combat Points gained from defeating hostile targets by 100%
- Market Sales commision costs will be reduced
- From 5% to 1% for Premium Members
- From 15% to 3% for Non-Premium Members
